
TOPMODS SHOP Refund Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items
At TOPMODS SHOP, we do our best to pack and ship your order accurately and securely. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item or part number, we’re here to fix it as quickly as possible.
Report a Problem With Your Order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@top-mods.gr with the following:

Your order number

A photo of the item received

A description of the issue (e.g., damage or incorrect part number)

A photo of the packaging and product label (if possible)
We Will Make It Right
Once we confirm the issue, you can choose one of the following:

A full refund back to your original payment method

A replacement item sent at no extra cost

Store credit equal to the item’s value (if preferred)
Eligibility & Conditions

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition

For incorrect items, the part number must not match the one you ordered

TOPMODS SHOP reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions
Returns & Shipping
In most cases, you will not be required to return the incorrect or damaged item. If a return is needed, we will cover all shipping costs and provide return instructions.
